The TACATI project was instituted, in partnership with EP-NUFFIC, to contribute to the successful implementation of the national Agricultural Education and Training strategy through the repositioning, the refocusing and recapitalisation of the Agricultural Colleges into Agricultural Training Institutes in compliance with the agreed Norms & Standards for the ATIs.
